As the Evaluator for the final phase of this scheme between 2001 and 2003, Jeni Walwin undertook monitoring, assessment and production of a final report to the Heritage Lottery Fund. In collaboration with five regional museum partners the Tate Partnership Scheme encouraged wider access to Tate collections.
